Justin Kestler

Justin leads Learneo’s literature businesses, including LitCharts, CliffsNotes, and Course Hero Literature. Soon after graduating from college, Justin became the founding editor in chief and product lead for SparkNotes. After Barnes & Noble acquired SparkNotes, Justin served as Editorial Director of Spark Publishing for several years, creating various other literature products and series in print and online. Alongside his business partner, Ben Florman, Justin co-founded and built LitCharts from its inception through its acquisition by Learneo (formerly Course Hero, Inc.) in 2021.
